Creating a chic lakehouse in Williams Bay that optimizes lake views necessitates a meticulous and integrated approach, seamlessly blending aesthetics with functionality. This project serves as an exemplary showcase of refining initial designs by carefully considering the natural surroundings and harmonizing with the existing neighborhood. The orientation played a crucial role in optimizing natural light and views, achieved through the strategic placement of expansive windows + glass doors. The deliberate use of natural materials such as stone, wood, and glass established a seamless connection with the outside surroundings. Outdoor spaces were enhanced with an exterior deck + primary bedroom's walkout balcony fostering a delightful outdoor experience. Emphasis on durability + ease of maintenance guided the selection of appropriate materials. The landscaping, featuring native plants, was thoughtfully designed to complement the architectural aesthetics. This project's final results achieved notable success and proved to be immensely gratifying!
