Emphasizing environmental sensitivity, a portion of the property served as an environmental corridor for wildlife, flora, and water quality. Our team orchestrated the site orientation, navigating the sloping terrain to maximize spectacular views of the wooded valley, harness natural daylighting, and seamlessly integrate into the existing neighborhood. The home boasts a transitional design style complemented by a neutral palette. Placing a premium on fostering gatherings, the open interior layout adds value to the essence of the space.
