This project had two distinct objectives: a tasteful renovation and a mindful approach to a modest budget. We exceeded both goals in our delivery. This community revitalization project served as an example for rejuvenating an aging neighborhood, inspiring others that impactful design can be delivered economically + sustainably . The existing home underwent restructuring to prioritize safety while also considering the needs of the families who will live, work, and play in this space. We consider ourselves fortunate to have been given this opportunity!
